Dalam film Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2, serupa dengan film sebelumnya yaitu Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 1, dipenuhi dengan musik era 80-an, sehingga agak asing di telinga. Namun di akhir film Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2, ada 1 lagu yang tidak asing di telinga. Yaitu yang berjudul Father and Son.

Kembali ke lagu Father And Son, lagu ini aku pertama dengar saat dibawakan oleh Boyzone yang terkenal di tahun 90-an. Boyzone mulai eksis tahun 1993 yang beranggotakan Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham, Ronan Keating, Shane Lynch, dan Stephen Gately. Tahun 1995 single Father and Son merajai di tangga lagu, bahkan di bertahan di posisi #2 di tangga lagu UK.

Dari film Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2, aku baru tahu bahwa ternyata lagu Father And Son bukanlah lagu asli dari Boyzone. Adalah Cat Stevens sang pencipta dan yang mempopulerkan lagu tersebut pertama kali. Saat ini Cat Stevens sudah hijrah dan mengganti nama menjadi Yusuf Islam.
